Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson is a country music recording artist, saxophonist, and guitarist. He recently signed my first record deal and have been recording on music row in Nashville with Kent Wells (producer for Dolly Parton, Chris Stapleton, Willie Nelson, Reba and others) and Bill McDermott (producer for Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift). At the 2025 Grand Ole Opry Josie Music Awards he was nominated for Male Vocalist of The Year, Musician of The Year (saxophone), Rising Star of The Year and Song of The Year. In the 2025 Carolina Country Music Awards he was nominated for Tour of The Year and Country Song of The Year. Chris writes songs inspired by things he comes in contact with in everyday life. Themes of family, the blue collar worker, love and life are present in his songs. His incorporation of his saxophone playing in his original music gives his songs a a traditional country/southern rock twist that is the fiber that holds his unique style together.
