Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being part of the festival! We're excited to showcase artists, creators, non-profits, and small businesses that help celebrate music, creativity, and coastal community culture.

Vendor Guidelines & Requirements

To ensure a positive experience for attendees, artists, sponsors, and fellow vendors must agree to the following guidelines:

Vendor Requirements

  • Provide all required business documentation and permits required by the City of Myrtle Beach and the State of South Carolina.
  • Submit a photo of vendor setup with a description of what you are bringing.
  • Collect and report applicable sales tax.
  • Provide your own setup materials including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, extension cords, and signage.
  • All tents must be properly weighted with sandbags or approved weights. No staking into pavement unless specifically approved.
  • Maintain a clean and safe booth area throughout the event.
  • Vendors may not close down before 9pm without permission from the Vendor Liaison, but may stay open until 11pm.

Product & Display Guidelines

We welcome:

  • Original artwork
  • Handmade goods
  • Coastal, music, and creative-themed merchandise
  • Boutique retail items
  • Non-profit / community organizations
  • Vintage-inspired or artisan products
  • All food must be pre-made

We do not allow:

  • AI-generated artwork or mass-produced AI print merchandise
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or explicit material
  • Political or hate-related merchandise
  • Weapons, drug paraphernalia, or illegal products
  • Excessive profanity or sexually explicit content
  • Products deemed unsafe or inappropriate for a family-friendly public event

Family-Friendly Environment

  • Maintain respectful interactions with guests and neighboring vendors.
  • Ensure displays and products are appropriate for all ages.
  • Avoid aggressive sales tactics.

Festival Rights

  • Festival organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Vendors who fail to follow festival guidelines may be asked to modify their setup or leave the event without refund.
  • The festival reserves the right to limit duplicate vendor categories to maintain variety.

Weather & Liability

  • This is a rain-or-shine event unless conditions become unsafe.
  • Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their property, setup, and inventory.
  • Festival organizers and venues are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photography & Promotion

By participating, vendors grant permission for festival organizers to photograph booths and products for promotional and marketing purposes.

Schedule & Fee

  • Setup opens at 11:00 AM.
  • Festival opens to the public at 2:00 PM.
  • Festival ends at 11:00 PM.
  • If accepted, a $50 vendor fee will be collected.
